The feedback is best provided in 3 parts, i.e. by country. We will assess each of those parts in the following way: 1. Sight seeing 2. Hotels 3. Guide 4. Transport 5. Service Sri Lanka 1. All the sight seeing was excellent, in spite of the rain. You can see why these are UNESCO listed. Suggestion: for the itinerary we used your clients will need to be a little fitter than we are. In the last 2 days the travelling distances were too much – our fault as we particularly did not want to miss Yala. 2. The hotels were all round excellent and the food was consistently the best over the whole trip. 3. Viraj was excellent. Knowledgeable and accommodating. We recommend him to you for other travellers. 4. Viraj was also a good driver and we concluded that having a chauffeur guide is the best way to do Sri Lanka. 5. Service was consistently of a high standard and very friendly. India 1. Two of the wow moments of the entire trip were experienced on this leg: the Taj and the Himalayas at dawn. Darjeeling was our favourite location in India. The afternoon in Kolkatta was interesting. Kanha was a waste of time. 2. The hotels in Kanha, Delhi and Darjeeling were good. The rest were adequate 3. Guides in Agra, Darjeeling and Kolkatta were good. The meet and greet at the airports were perfunctary. 4. All our drivers in India were fine. Myanmar 1. The sights were extraordinary in every way. The 3rd and 4th wow moments of the trip were the pagoda in Yangon and Inle Lake. 2. The hotels were the best of all 3 countries, particularly the Pristine Lotus. The food was a little variable, but generally good. 3. All the guides were good. The one in Bagan (San) was exceptional. 4. Transport provided was excellent. 5. Service was attentive and friendly and overall the best on the trip. If you want any further details in terms of feedback, please let us know.
